If you plan to have your next birthday party or event on concrete, please let us know before the hire!
We have special equipment (mats, tarps, water weights, concrete blocks) & more that we don't carry on us at all times, so to make sure your hire runs stress free & smoothly, make sure we know about your concrete hire before the event!
We reach out to all of our hires 1-3 days before the hire. This way we can accurately schedule all the times for an accurate arrival time, based on the amount of hires we have booked.

We require at least 1.5m of access width to get the jumping castle to your desired setup location.
Moving forward we require the size of the castle (e.g 4.5x4.5) plus an extra metre either side to ensure we can safely and securely set the castle up, while also ensuring the castle is not close to any walls, fences or trees.
We will keep a very close eye on the weather leading up to the hire date, and we will communicate this with you transparently. On our side, we make the final decision on the day of the hire.
If there is consistent, heavy rain, or high speed winds above 38km/h - the hire will be cancelled or postponed, and your deposit will be refunded (if placed).
As long as we can plug our extension lead into a standard household powerpoint, we are good to go!
If you do not have access to a powerpoint, we also hire generators for those events that may not be close to home.
We offer attendant services with our jumping castle hires, so if you do not plan to have an adult at the party or event keeping an eye on the little ones, you can add an attendant to the hire, and one of us can keep an eye on the kids & the castle!
