How big is this Castle?
6M x 6M. To safely set-up, we require an extra 1 metre on either side of the castle. We also require 1.5M wide access to the set-up area..
Can we hire at a local park?
Yes! Councils require you book with reputable companies. After booking reach out and we will provide our insurance documents & assist you in the next steps.
What happens if it rains?
Bad weather is never a welcome sight... We watch it like a hawk leading up to the day, & will keep you informed. In most cases it's no issue however serious weather we will have to cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
At A-Leap we don't believe in taking money if no work is done. What's fair is fair! If there's a cancel or reschedule for any reason, including weather, we'll refund.
When will you arrive?
We will contact you the day before the hire to confirm a hire & arrival time that suits you best. "1 Day Hire" is minimum 6 hours, however we always try to fit within the party times.

Delivery, Set-up & take-down! We'll ensure the castle is clean and ready for fun on the day! We handle everything so you can enjoy the party!
