Can we hire at a local park?
Yes! After booking reach out and we will assist you in the next steps. If you require our public liability insurance for council bookings, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What happens if it rains?
Reschedule/full refund is guaranteed if the event is cancelled.
& if you reschedule due to weather with a Party Pack, we'll give you $500
When won't you refund?
No refund after setup of the castle. Otherwise full refunds available. Book with $0 Deposit
When will you arrive?
We will contact you the day before the hire between 12-6pm to confirm hire & arrival time.
What's included in the booking?
Delivery, set-up, pack down & pickup are all included in the cost you see above.

Note: We've only had to cancel 4 out of 728 hires last year due to weather.
