Bad Weather Policy

What if it rains?

Firstly, you're free to cancel anytime with a full refund. Whether the weather is good or bad, no reasons are required for cancellations.

The thing is... cancelling sucks.

You spend all this time organising, coordinating vendors, buying decorations, hyping the friends up.

Than your stuck with the most paralysing choice ever..

You either cancel the entertainment, move the party inside, and go on hoping it's not to lacklustre.

or

You push the party back one more week and pray your Jumping Castle isn't booked out.

Both suck. No doubt about it. So we came up with A-Leap's $300 Weather Guarantee.

$300? But How?

If you reschedule or A-Leap is forced to cancel due to bad weather.

Than, you will have the option for a full refund or a $300 credit to purchase extra FUN, for your new date.

Your kid will understand and be grateful for waiting one more week for his party, knowing he gets a bigger castle, a second castle, lawn games or any of our additional entertainment options!

+ Your guests will probably appreciate not having to bring a change of clothes to the party.

Will A-Leap Cancel due to bad weather?

Yes. In very.. very rare scenarios, we legally have to cancel or reschedule the hire.

Chance we'll cancel. ONLY 2 weekends have been cancelled in the last 12 months.

A rainy forecast doesn't automatically mean we cancel.

Here are some common questions about our company.

Sometimes, the forecast isn't clear, it shows 50% chance of light shower all day. Should we cancel?

in this scenario wait and see, it's not uncommon that the rain will all hit at 3am and pass on by for a beautiful day.

Feel free to ask us the day before, we watch the weather like a hawk and pay for a few fancy subscriptions, we're happy to give our predictions.

100% chance of a light shower at 2pm, right on party time?

Have a backup time prepared and simply move the party from Afternoon > Morning.

It won't change the party, but everyone will appreciate the better time.

If its that bad. We'll be in contact rest assured. Though if you see 80%+ chance of 20mm throughout the day (not at one time) & winds over 38km/h.

It might be worth cashing in the $300 and pushing the party back next week.
