Hire Checklist
With a checklist that we follow for each and every single hire, you can relax, knowing that these things will happen after your booking with us here at A-Leap Castle Hire!
1) The day before the party, we will reach out to confirm the hire, settle your nerves and lock in an arrival time.
2) The morning of the party, if the weather is bad, we will reach out and discuss wether you would like a refund of your deposit or to postpone your party or event.
3) When we are on our way to your parties location, we will send an ETA text, so you know EXACTLY when we will be there.
4) We arrive, set-up the Jumping Castle, ensure you are happy, then we leave it with you to have endless amounts of fun!
5) We will see you that afternoon! Enjoy!
